- Saturday, Nov. 1 (2:00 pm – 5:00 pm): Annual Meeting daytime sessions
- Saturday, Nov. 1 (5:00 pm – 9:00 pm): Annual Meeting reception, dinner, and keynote
- Sunday, Nov. 2 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm): Annual Meeting daytime sessions and small group meetings
- Monday, Nov. 3 (8:00 am – 2:00 pm): Advocacy day and rally
